About us

Welcome to a place where anyone will feel comfortable exercising! Work out on your own or let us help bridge the gap between rehab and your highest functional level. From athletes returning to sport to older adults seeking to maintain mobility and independence or anywhere in between, we can help you meet your goals.

We have a whole body approach to health with wellness services to include stress management and education.

 

Training Expertise

 Larina Mason, PT and the owner of Fitness Works Plus,  has over 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist serving the Vicksburg community.
 

Your Success is Our Goal

 We understand that adopting new fitness habits can be a challenge.  Lets do something sustainable. It doesn't need to be extreme to get good, solid results. Given the right environment of healthy foods, exercise, stress management and sleep, the body has an amazing capability to take care of and heal itself.

Membership Tiers

Basic Membership

$35/ month individual $55/month family

includes keycard access and discounts on wellness services

Tier II

$155/month

includes basic membership + access to Physical Therapist guided workouts 2 x week

Tier III

based on client needs; call for pricing

includes basic membership + Physical Therapist programmed workouts tailored to your needs, 2 -3 x week.  Includes sport specific training.


Wellness Services

Membership not required; members will receive $5 discount Call for scheduling

The Stress Reducer

$60

40 min session:  25 min on the  Far Infrared Mat + 15 mins manual stretching for the neck musculature

Far Infrared Mat

$30 for 30 mins $100/month unlimited

aides post workout recovery, improves circulation , cardiovascular health, and  immune function; helps relieve pain and chronic inflammation; assists in detox, improved skin, reduces stress and fatigue*
